POLICY In the interest of relaxation for yourself and other guests, we must respectfully insist that mobile phones are switched off, and that no children are allowed in the treatment rooms. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We will require 24 hours notice of cancellations. We require a deposit for treatments that last over 1 hour, the deposit will be forfeited if 24 hour notice of cancellation is not given. Your appointment time may be reduced as a result of late arrivals. Please be aware of the products we use and make sure you let us know of any allergies. Patch test have to be carried out 24 hours before treatment or treatment will not go ahead. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please inform staff.
